Booking: Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. We suggest booking your party in advance to ensure your desired party date and time. All bookings are done over the telephone. We do not "pencil in" dates.

Deposit: We require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit within one week of the booking.

Directions: We really appreciate directions to your location. Especially if you live in a new development that may not be available on Mapquest. The starting point should be the highway/main road/route closest to your home. Please include this with your deposit check or send via email. This will ensure that your character is prompt.

Liability: We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that children, under the age of 3 especially, need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious belongings please remove them from the entertaining area to prior to the event

Location: We will travel to your party location within a 25 mile radius of Charlotte, NC. If you are beyond 25 miles please email your address for a travel fee quote. Travel fee quotes are determined on a case-by-case basis prior to booking. We only provide our entertainment routine indoors.
